The Exponential Changemakers 2020 program focused on accelerating Progreso’s digital transformation by enhancing its technological capabilities. The goal was to deliver a stronger digital experience to clients while increasing the value and quality of its services. Entrepreneurs from around the world were invited through an online application process, from which 10 startups were selected to participate in a virtual judging week. During this stage, participants engaged in a three-day online bootcamp, mentoring sessions, and pitch presentations to identify the most promising solutions. From this process, four projects were selected to move forward into a four-month pilot phase, where solutions were designed and executed collaboratively. The partnership between Progreso X and the startups aimed to preserve the agility that defines entrepreneurial ecosystems, enabling the development of co-created, high-impact solutions. This initiative reflects a shared commitment to innovation, collaboration, and building a better future through meaningful transformation.
